2. Where it says ‘coupon code’ enter the unique code that you have been sent by Wowcher/Living Social. This will bring the value of the transaction to ‘£0.00’.

Please make sure the person who registers is the person who will be using the product and completing the activities as these are the details that are passed on to the activity providers. Failure to do so will result in activity providers not completing bookings as the details of the people attempting to book in will not match what we have on our system.

• Your first set of activities will begin in the following month to when you signed up.
• By the third working day of that month, your activities will be uploaded to the app.
• You will then be able to book in for those activities.
Example:
If you signed up on the 24th June, you will receive your first set of activities in July.
The tickets will be uploaded to the app by the 3rd working day of July.
Your first set of activities will begin in the following month to when you signed up.
By the third working day of that month, your activities will be uploaded to the app.
Once they are uploaded to the app, you will then be able to book in for those activities.
You will be able to complete the activities as soon as the bookings are processed. Please read the specific information for each activities as the booking timeframe can change for each one, however we would usually recommend allowing at least 2 working days between the date that you submitted the booking request and the date that you wish to do the activity.
Example:
If you signed up on the 24th June, you will receive your first set of activities in July.
The tickets will be uploaded to the app by the 3rd working day of July.
You will be able to book in for these activities, and complete them as soon as the booking requests are processed.
You will have three months to complete all non-date specific activities, however these must be booked in by the last day of the month that you received those activities.

If you receive your first set of activities in January, you will have until the last day of March to complete the activities, however must be booked in with the activity provider by 31st January.
Through Groupon, you have purchased the first month of a subscription. Once you register on our system you will be subscribed and you will receive future sets of tickets every month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time once you have received your first set of tickets by contacting support@buckt.uk.
An initial payment will be taken by Groupon straight away and this is for your first set of tickets. This is a contractual relationship with Groupon, and the payment will go directly to them.
Your next payment will be taken out on the first day of the month of your next set of activities (i.e. the payment for April’s set of activities will come out on the 1st April).
You will then be charged every month on the first day of the month of your box.

To purchase the tickets and activities included in a Buckt subscription separately, on average it would cost you £50 per person for the Greater Birmingham and Greater Manchester subscriptions, or £60 per person for the London subscription. This means that a Duo Box is worth £100 or £120 respectively, but costs you just £30 or £40, depending on your region.
We do frequently exceed this valuation and always aim to provide a set of tickets that is the best value for money for our subscribers.
Step 1) Access the Buckt app
You will be given instructions about how to access to the Buckt app when you are set to receive your set of activities. We will reach out to you, so there’s nothing you need to do.
Step 2) Book.
Decide which activities you’d like to do. You can do all of them, or just the one or two that really take your fancy. Then follow the instructions given in the ‘How To Book’ section of activity page.
Step 3) Receive confirmation or further instructions.
You will receive a confirmation message or further instructions. This will usually come via email (but do check the specific information for each activity).
Step 4) Complete the activity.
Turn up on the date and time arranged only. If you turn up at any other point, unfortunately you will not be served. If you book in but can’t make it, please notify us ASAP. Unfortunately those that repeatedly book in for activities but do not attend risk having their subscriptions terminated as this can severely damage the relationships between Buckt and the activity provider (and spoil the fun for everyone else).
Step 5) Time to complete.
You have three months in total to complete the non-date specific activities, but must book in by the last day of the month that those tickets were allocated to you. For example, if you received a box in October, you will have until the end of December to complete the activities, but must be booked in by the 31st October.
You will be asked to specify the second person on the subscription when you register. Either the ‘lead subscriber’ or the ‘secondary subscriber’ must be in attendance for every booking. They are free to go together, or take someone else if the other can not attend.
Yes. You can purchase one-off tickets called ‘Bring A Friend Passes’ (AKA BAF Passes) for certain activities within your box. These are usually sold at a lower price than the RRP.
All subscriptions are rolling subscriptions that can be cancelled at any time once you have received your first set of activities.
To cancel, please email support@buckt.uk and we will provide you with more information on how to terminate your subscription.
Important things to note:
We are unable to cancel your subscription until you have received your first set of activities, so we would kindly ask that only reach out once this has happened.
Those that cancel their subscription and sign up again at a later point will receive activities that they have already had. Buckt operates in ‘cycles’, meaning that if you cancel and sign up again, you will start the cycle of activities again.
If you do wish to sign up again after cancelling, please drop us a message and we will make sure you are put on the right cycle and don’t receive repeated activities.
Please note that discounts/promotions such as those found on Groupon/Wowcher are for new subscribers only. Individuals who sign up, cancel their subscription, and then sign up again with a discount/promotion will receive the same activities that they have already had, and Buckt will be unable to offer any alternatives.
Please note that we are a small team and our customer service representatives can finish as early 15:00 on some days. If you are requesting information on how to cancel the night before your subscription is set to renew, you may not receive a response after 15:00. We would strongly encourage subscribers give enough time to cancel, as Buckt can not be held responsible if subscribers wish to cancel but don’t manage to do so in time.

This means that all activities will be within these regions (usually no further than a 20-30 minute drive away from the non-London cities, or 20-30 minute commute from central London).
If you are from outside this area, you are still more than welcome to subscribe, but please be conscious of where our activities are likely to be.
