In our application, we utilize a web viewer feature to facilitate the registration process. This web viewer displays content from an external website that might use cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance user experience, provide personalized content, or analyze web traffic.

Buckt Ltd – GDPR Privacy Statement
Designated Data Protection Officer: Daniel Bridgewater, Founder and CEO, Buckt Ltd
Buckt Ltd collects data about individuals, usually within a business context. Buckt Ltd treats all data which identifies an individual as Personal Data.
Buckt Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us, this means we control what happens to the data in our possession. All data that we collect is processed under one of the six lawful basis, as identified by the relevant GDPR regulations.
If you are a Buckt subscriber/customer, we only collect data that is necessary for us to carry out the service that you have paid for. This data includes name, address, email, mobile number, etc. We will not collect data that is unnecessary to helping us deliver the service.
If you have completed an online form such as a pop up or contact form, we will only collect basic personal data. It does not include any special type of information, but can include name, address, email, phone number, IP address etc. We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with information associated with our product and offering.
All the personal data we collect is processed by us in the UK. Data is however stored on servers outside of the EU.
– Subscriber data is stored on Zoho Subscriptions and their servers are located in the United States.
– The data collected through pop-ups are stored on sumo.com‘s servers in the United States, and on Mailchimp’s servers in the United States. We also use Zoho Marketing Hub and Zoho Campaigns, and their servers are located in the United States.
– The data collected through contact forms are stored on Zoho Forms and their servers are located in the United States.
All of the above are GPDR Compliant, and this information can be found on their individual websites.
The only exception to the above is with photographs that we take of our subscribers at events as these are stored on flash drives kept in the Buckt Ltd registered office (Suite 7 Old Anglo House, Mitton Street, Stourport-On-Severn, Worcestershire, England, DY13 9AQ).
No other 3rd parties have access to your personal data, apart from in the case when we use subscriber’s data to book them in for activities, which they will need to consent to for every booking request they submit.
Your data is used to provide the service that we offer. Once you cancel, your data is retained in line with the principle of legal compliance (GDPR, article 6.1.c), as it is required to aid in the compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject. Specifically, this pertains to HMRC and tax regulations, and as a result can be kept for up to 7 years. We also retain this data for marketing purposes except where the rights of the customer override this.
We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data, and the designated Data Protection Officer is Daniel Bridgewater, founder and CEO of Buckt Ltd.
If at any point you wish to have your data deleted, you can contact us on daniel@buckt.uk and we will do this for you. If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If at any point you wish to receive the data we have about you, we will provide this electronically and in a commonly used format (such as PDF or Word files).
If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer Daniel Bridgewater, at daniel@buckt.uk who will investigate the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Cookies
We employ cookie technology to help log visitors to our web site and help us manage remarking campaigns. Cookies are pieces of data that are often created when you visit a website, and which are stored in the cookie directory of your computer. A number of cookies are created when you visit the Buckt Ltd website. The cookies do not contain any personal information about you, and they cannot be used to identify an individual user. You can set your browser not to accept cookies. If you do not know how to do this, contact us, giving details on the type of browser you are using, and we will do our best to help. Please note that if you do set your browser not to accept cookies many of the enhanced features may not work correctly.
Log Files
When you visit this website we collect web statistics concerning your visit, which are stored in a log file. Log files allow us to record visitors’ use of the site. The web teams use Google Analytics to record visitors’ use of the site and use this information to make changes to the layout of the website and to the information in it. Log files do not contain any personal information and they are not used to identify any individual patterns of use of the site.
This statement only covers websites maintained by us, Buckt Ltd and does not cover other web sites linked from our site.
