Wythenshawe Community Farm is an educational farm based in Wythenshawe Park, South Manchester. Although set in an urban environment, it operates as a working countryside farm. Ran by the lovely Jane and her team of happy helpers, the farm is home to a wide selection of farm animals including pigs, sheep, goats, cows and horses, and it often has baby animals on site due to its breeding programme. You’ll even get to meet their prize winning Hereford cattle! MOOO!

As part of your farmer experience, you’ll get a hands-on insight into the day-to-day running of a real farm - something not often available to the general public. From feeding the animals to mucking out, you’ll get a truly authentic experience.
